Tina Beliveau (née Castronovo) – Team Owner & Chief Executive Officer

Tina is the Founder and CEO of The Beliveau Group. A Baltimore native, Tina is enormously driven and has a natural knack for sales and marketing. Her business philosophy is that every client deserves diligent work, detailed follow-through, clear communication, and a first-class real estate experience. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication & Advertising from Towson University, professional graphic design experience, and extensive home staging expertise.  Tina has been a licensed Realtor since 2005.

Tina is the visionary behind The Beliveau Group client experience, sales and operations processes, and well-known brand. In addition to leading The Beliveau Group’s team members, she is also co-Managing Director of Keller Williams Legacy, the fastest growing real estate office in the world.

Tina is a sought-after speaker for national conferences such as Sales Mastery and Emerging Leaders United, and has been honored as one of the Top 100 Influential Agents in Maryland, a Daily Record Twenty in their 20’s Winner and by Smart CEO Magazine as a Future50 Emerging Business Leader.

Passionate about charity, developing leaders, and giving back to her community, Tina is a board member for Abilities Network, a development committee member and Urbanites committee chair for the Maryland SPCA, social media coordinator for the Baltimore Chapter of Guiding Eyes for the Blind, an advisory board member for Brotman Financial Group, and a board member and communications chair for her neighborhood homeowner’s association. In early 2017, Tina gifted the Maryland SPCA with a transport van that made it possible for the SPCA to double its capacity to spay, neuter, deliver food to housebound pet owners, and transport homeless animals between local shelters. Tina is also an Introduction Leader for Landmark Worldwide, which facilitates programs devoted to creating opportunities for people to reach their full personal and professional potential.

Tina lives in Lutherville with her husband, Andrew, and their 3 labradors: Shady (adopted through Lab Rescue of the Potomac), Jonah (whom she and Andrew raised and adopted through Guiding Eyes for the Blind), and Teddy (just a “regular” puppy!). She is an avid traveler and tennis player.

Kim Lally Holmes – Listing Specialist

Kim Lally Holmes represents The Beliveau Group’s home selling clients and leads the sales team. Kim delivers the TBG Seller Select experience, which includes an intensive staging consultation, a detailed needs analysis, facilitation of the financial decisions to be made before listing, professional photography & videography of every home we list, aggressive marketing, and a dogged determination to handle all of the details up and through closing to create an amazing experience for our clients.

Kim has sold more homes in her time at The Beliveau Group than 99% of real estate agents in Baltimore accomplish in an entire career. With over 75 homes sold in 2016, Kim will represent over 100 clients in 2017 and brings an enormous level of expertise, knowledge and powerful connections to her clientele. She is passionate, detail-oriented, a fierce negotiator, and committed to providing our clients with a first class real estate experience.

Kim grew up in Catonsville and graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor’s in Business Management with a specialization in Technology, Innovation & Entrepreneurship. Kim‘s background in management consulting honed her skills in quickly discerning negotiables and tailoring her strategies to best represent her clients’ needs.

Kim lives in Bolton Hill with her husband, Nick and their two cats, Gray and Goose. When she is not hard at work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, attempting to golf, traveling, trying new restaurants, and cheering on the Ravens and O’s!

Maggie Calhoun – Buyer Specialist

Maggie Calhoun, Buyer Specialist

Maggie is a Buyer Specialist for The Beliveau Group. She works with buyer clients through out the entire home buying process, from the first consultation to collecting their new home’s keys. Maggie has been a Baltimore City resident for over 6 years, and has lived in several different neighborhoods, including Mount Vernon and Highlandtown. As an agent, she is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their real estate goals, whether it’s buying their first home, buying a vacation home, or investing in real estate. No goal is ever too small or too big, as she works tirelessly to help her clients achieve them all.

Maggie graduated from the Savannah College of Art & Design in Savannah, GA with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Production Design. Prior to becoming an agent she worked for several Baltimore Theaters as a costume designer and is still very involved in the Baltimore Art scene. She is also an active member of the Highlandtown Community Association, where she and her husband live with their two pets, a cat and a dog, and spends as much time as possible volunteering in her community.

Shawn Sundsvold – Buyer Specialist

Shawn is a Buyer Specialist for The Beliveau Group and assists our buyers with everything necessary for finding their next home or investment property.  Shawn recently moved to the Baltimore area from Austin, Texas.  He has quickly learned the city and the needs of buyers here, and loves the opportunity to learn anything he can about his new city of choice.

Shawn Graduated from Concordia University in Austin, Texas, with a Bachelor’s in Communications, and has spent most of his career doing sales, management, team building, and team development.  Prior to joining The Beliveau group he worked in Wireless Telecom, IT Infrastructure and hardware, and owned his own Audio Visual Consulting business.  His diverse background gives him the unique ability to understand the needs of his clients and help them find what they are looking for.

Shawn is married to his wife Kelly, and they have 4 children, including a set of twins.  When he’s not helping his buyers, he loves to spend time with his family, hike and be outdoors, workout, travel, eat good BBQ, and read.

Zach Hosford – Realtor


Zach is a Realtor with over a decade of industry experience, working extensively with hundreds of home buyers and sellers. After serving our country in the United States Marine Corps, Zach was ready to serve his clients. From the outset of his career, his focus has always been on building relationships and each client’s legacy.

With learned discipline and impeccable attention to detail, Zach has excelled in all facets of the business. Growing up in Baltimore as the son of a real estate developer and homebuilder, his in-depth knowledge is unparalleled – from land development and new construction to resale, single family homes, townhomes and condos.

Zach loves spending time with his wife, Maja, and their two sons, Zachary and Julian. Hachi(ko) (yes! – from the movie) was adopted from Defender of Animal Rights in Phoenix. Zach loves to travel and is a true adventurer at heart.

Jean Ottey – Realtor


Jean Ottey is a highly experienced professional with more than 15 years in the real estate market. She brings a unique combination of corporate skill and savvy from 25 years in marketing management for various global companies, and from her own real estate investments and property management business spanning almost 20 years.

Buyers and seller alike benefit from her experience in helping clients navigate the real estate process from start to finish with finesse, smarts and attention to detail for each and every transaction. Jean has built a wealth of knowledge and an understanding of the markets all across the Baltimore and Annapolis metropolitan area. She understands that what clients are looking for is someone who can help them meet their goals and provide the right information and advice to help them make informed decisions.

Jean’s experience managing a multi-unit apartment complex gives her invaluable knowledge in property management issues, how to discern a good property from a bad one, leasing, and rehab. Her contacts and resources from lenders and lawyers, to contractors, painters and the best handyman ever, are available to Jean’s clients before, during and after their transaction.

Jean understands that business is built on strong relationships. Her client referrals are her primary source of advertising. She is well respected by her peers and has good working relationships with other industry professionals such as title attorneys, appraisers, home inspectors, and lenders.

Jean is a native Baltimorean and a graduate of Towson University. She spent almost 20 years on the Board of Mosaic Community Services, an affiliate of Sheppard Pratt where she instituted a special merit award for employees named in honor of her brother. Currently she works with Young Life/Baltimore City to support efforts to work with middle and high school age kids in the inner city.

Dana Perez – Licensed Transaction Coordinator

Dana works closely with each agent to ensure the contract to close process goes smoothly for every client.  As the point of contact for every TBG client, Dana handles every aspect of the contract to close process from the client’s initial contact with the team until the property is closed, including preparing contracts, coordinating vendors and logistics, communication with clients and handling any other service needs our clients have.

Dana started her real estate career in 2012 as an assistant, she quickly fell in love with real estate and got her real estate license. She takes pride in working with clients to ensure they have the best experience possible while working closely with agents.

Dana attended Towson University where she pursued a dual major in Spanish Literature and International Studies with a concentration in Latin America. Before a career in real estate, Dana was a field manager at a native plant nursery. Dana lives in the Hereford zone, only a couple of miles where she grew up with her daughter, where she loves helping coach sports for the local rec counsel.

Meghan Alexopulos – Licensed Transaction Coordinator

Meghan Alexopulos is a hospitality and operations specialist who is passionate about building relationships. After spending 5 years working in commercial real estate and construction in Washington, D.C., Meghan relocated to L.A. and immersed herself in the fitness and luxury hospitality industries. In 2017, Meghan moved to Baltimore where her brother, sister-in-law, and extended family reside. She takes pride in cultivating real and lasting connections with our clients and works closely with our Listing Specialist to handle of the details leading up to closing, creating a seamless experience for our clients.
Meghan grew up in Princeton, N.J., and holds a Bachelor’s in English Literature from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Outside of work, she can typically be found in a pilates class, organizing her friends’ closets, or exploring new restaurants (feel free to send her recommendations)!

Stina Pillion – Licensed Home Stager & Client Care Specialist

Stina Pillion is The Beliveau Group’s extraordinary home stager! Stina works closely with Kim and Dana to prepare each and every listing for sale with care, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring our clients get top dollar for their homes. Stina advises our clients on best practices for preparing their homes for sale, decluttering, and packing.  She also installs Beliveau Group decor and accessories, takes measurements, and takes detailed notes on every property we list.

Stina is an Iowa native and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Virginia Commonwealth and a Masters Degree in Teaching from College of Notre Dame. She retired from teaching in Baltimore County as a middle school math teacher one year ago and lives in Loch Hill with her cute dog, Matilda, and her husband, Joe.

Nicky Tamberrino – Licensed Client Concierge

With a deep passion for serving her community, Nicky is committed to providing the highest level of customer care to our clients. Matt Nader Group




Matt started in the mortgage industry in 2006, he spent his first five years with Chase Home Finance. He was a perennial Chase Home Finance ‘Leaders Club’ loan officer, which is awarded to the top producers in the country. In late 2011, he transitioned to Bay Capital where he is a Vice President. Matt is considered a specialist in assisting first time home-buyers and move-up buyers using FHA, USDA, and conventional financing. He has facilitated in helping Veterans achieve home-ownership by using the VA loan program. Matt has vast knowledge when it comes to second home, investment and condo purchases.

Matt earned his bachelor degree from Johns Hopkins University. He also earned a full athletic scholarship to play lacrosse and won a National Championship in 2005. He continues to stay active in the lacrosse community, he helps coach youth teams and still plays on the weekends. Matt grew up in the area and attended DeMatha Catholic High School. Matt and his wife Mindi, live in Annapolis with their four daughters. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf and most importantly, spending time with his family.

Matt takes pride in his work and thoroughly enjoys sitting at the settlement table watching his clients close on their new home. Matt looks forward to assisting you with the financing of your current or new home!
