Tina Beliveau has been a passionate Realtor and champion of homeownership and building wealth through real estate since 2005.

A Baltimore native, Tina got into the real estate industry her freshman year in college as an assistant to a local agent, and the rest is history! In the first chapter of Tina’s career, she built her business with a focus on developing authentic, highly engaged life-long relationships.

As a result of her commitment to taking amazing care of her client base, her business grew exponentially, and she founded The Beliveau Group in 2013 in order to ensure all of her clients would receive the boutique level of care, attention, and responsiveness they had come to expect from her.

Diana Pham serves as a Realtor Partner at TBG, representing sellers, buyers, and investors at an extremely high level. Diana has sold over 200 homes in her tenure at TBG and brings an enormous amount of expertise, wisdom, local market knowledge, and deep commitment to the best interest of every client to the table. 

Client Concierge

Melissa is responsible for executing seamless coordination in the full listing and contract to close process for The Beliveau Group. There are an infinite number of moving parts throughout the buying and selling process so Melissa’s goal is to keep everything running smoothly and on time for our wonderful clients.

Real estate has been a long time passion for Melissa and she is truly thrilled to be working with The Beliveau Group team while learning all of the ins and outs of the industry.

Home Stager

With a Bachelor’s of Art in Art from The University of Texas and an Interior Design Diploma from The Interior Design Institute, Shannon discovered that designing beautiful homes is her creative outlet of choice. Having been a stay-at-home mom for the last 15 years, Shannon is excited to be part of the TBG staging team, doing what she loves. She has an experienced ear for listening to our clients’ needs and a trained eye for what makes a prospective buyer see your house as their new home.

Home Stager

A creative at heart, Kim finds joy in making beautiful things – especially spaces. She has used this creative gift volunteering at her kids schools, church, and friends’ homes for years. Home staging brings the opportunity for her to welcome the next owner into the space and give them a taste of what this home could be for them.

Tiffany became a RESA accredited Home Stager to combine her love of home décor, furniture and using her design eye to help clients to best showcase their homes. The TBG team is the perfect fit for her skills and passion, and she enjoys working with this dynamic group of women who exemplify community, positivity and professionalism.
